Mandarin Oriental, Geneva Hotel

I had a wonderful 'staycation' weekend at this 5-star hotel in the heart of Geneva. The service was excellent, especially in the bar and restaurant. The concierge was attentive and efficient, making our stay even better. Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

The hotel is ideally located right on the river, offering stunning views. It is also conveniently close to shopping centers and main areas, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern and spacious, with plenty of amenities like multiple plugs and even a printer in the office area.

There is a bit of an issue with the view as there is a site in front of the hotel that disturbs the otherwise beautiful view of the canal.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway at this hotel! The staff was helpful and provided excellent service. They assisted in organizing great excursions and transportation. The concierge was a valuable resource. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was central to everything we wanted to see and do. The amenities were great and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed.

This luxury hotel is situated right in the centre of the city, making it convenient for exploring Geneva's shopping centers and attractions. Guests have raved about the delicious food in the Rasoi restaurant, and the stunning views of the river and mountain backdrop from the suite rooms. The attentive staff provide excellent service, with helpful concierge staff who can assist with tailoring your stay and recommending restaurants and sites to visit.

The hotel diffuses a scent in the public areas which can affect the taste of the food.

Excellent surprises like champagne and desserts. Extensive menu for hot dishes. Great breakfast and cappuccino. Japanese restaurant and good gym. Helpful and attentive concierge.

As a disabled traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful accessibility features at the hotel. The facilities were well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good - well trained, highly professional, and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was impeccably appointed, and my Junior suite had amazing views of the lake. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with a wide range of options and the option to order hot dishes. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was near the lake and a short walk to a business center.

the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a full body massage and facial that left us feeling rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and private facilities.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect service and attention to detail at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome, even remembering our family name upon arrival. The Peruvian restaurant, Yakumanka, provided a nice birthday lunch experience with its delicious cuisine and Instagrammable ambiance. The MO Bar impressed us with its tasty mini burgers and heavenly moelleux au chocolat. Our housekeeping attendant ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr Sylvain at the reception for his excellent assistance. this hotel was so good and we have become true fans of the Mandarin Oriental.

the exclusive amenities provided were impeccable, from the full body massage at the Spa and wellness centre to the delicious continental breakfast served in-room. the service, particularly the concierge, went above and beyond to fulfill our every need.

Our only minor issue was the lack of outdoor dining options, with only a small sun terrace available. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and pampering stay with exceptional service and ideal location advantages.
